Semi-Permanent Makeup
Enhance your natural features with semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) – the art of effortless beauty.
Enhance your natural features with semi-permanent makeup (SPMU) – the art of effortless beauty. Whether you want to define your brows, perfect your pout or streamline your morning routine, our SPMU services are designed to save time, boost confidence and deliver long-lasting results.
At La Fuente, our skilled SPMU artist, Hannah, offers a full range of treatments tailored to your face shape, skin tone and lifestyle. From soft, shaded brows to bold eyeliner or a subtle lip tint, SPMU lets you wake up ready every day.
How Does Semi-Permanent Makeup Work?
SPMU involves implanting pigment into the upper layers of the skin using specialist tools and techniques. Unlike traditional tattoos, semi-permanent makeup fades gradually over time, allowing you to update your look as trends change or your preferences evolve.
Each treatment is bespoke. During your consultation, we’ll discuss the ideal shape, colour and finish for your features. We also require a patch test to ensure you’re suitable before going ahead.
Our full menu of semi-permanent makeup treatments includes:
Nano-Stroke Machine Brows
Ultra-fine hair strokes using a machine for a hyper-realistic brow
Combination Brows
A blend of hair strokes and soft shading for a defined yet natural look
Powder Brows
A soft, shaded brow that mimics the look of makeup
Microblading
Manual hair strokes etched into the skin for a natural, fuller brow
Ombré Lip Blush
A soft gradient of colour to enhance natural lip tone
Lip Liner
Define the borders of the lips for a fuller appearance
Lip Blushing
Even out tone and restore youthful lip colour
Eyeliner
Subtle or bold pigment along the lash line for permanently defined eyes
All results soften naturally over the following weeks, leaving a subtle enhancement that lasts 12–24 months depending on treatment type, skin type and lifestyle.

FAQs
Most clients describe the sensation as mildly uncomfortable but very manageable. We apply a topical numbing cream to minimise discomfort.
Results can last from 12 to 24 months, depending on the area treated, your skin type and lifestyle. Top-ups are recommended to maintain the colour and shape.
The treated area may appear darker or bolder at first. Over the next 7–14 days, it will soften and settle. We’ll provide full aftercare instructions to support healing.
You should avoid applying makeup to the treated area until it’s fully healed. Once healed, you can wear additional makeup if desired.
